Our client is seeking an Analyst to join its Corporate Intelligence & Investigations practice, supporting complex assignments for multinational corporates, private equity investors and other institutional clients.
The successful candidate will have developed a strong grounding in investigative research and due diligence, with experience delivering high-quality, client-ready intelligence across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct enhanced due diligence on companies and individuals across global markets.
- Support pre-transaction and investment due diligence assignments.
- Assist with litigation support, dispute-related investigations and asset tracing matters.
- Deliver market entry and strategic intelligence research for corporate clients.
- Analyse corporate records, litigation, regulatory filings, media, and other public sources to identify commercial, legal and reputational risks.
- Produce clear, well-structured reports and client briefings.
- Work alongside senior colleagues on cross-border investigations and intelligence engagements.
Profile
- Approximately 2–3 years of experience in Chambers ranked corporate intelligence firm.
- Strong experience conducting enhanced due diligence, pre-transaction due diligence, litigation support and/or market entry research.
- Excellent open-source research (OSINT) capabilities with strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Exposure to human-source enquiries (HUMINT) is desirable, although a solid investigative foundation is more important.
- Naturally curious, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages would be advantageous (no preference).
- Veterans welcomed.
