Key Responsibilities
- Engage Australian corporate, investment, and government clients
- Deliver discreet fact-finding projects navigating corporate, legal, and regulatory landscapes
- Lead corporate intelligence and investigations assignments, including pre-transaction due diligence, integrity due diligence, source of wealth analysis, and asset tracing
- Lead strategic intelligence assignments, including market entry, stakeholder mapping, political and regulatory risk, and reputational assessments
- Provide investigative support for litigation, arbitration, and negotiation
- Build and maintain senior networks across Australian business, government, policy, and advisory communities
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to deepen and broaden existing engagements
- Contribute to business development, including originating opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in senior client discussions
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years’ experience in corporate intelligence or corporate investigations
- Strong understanding of the Australian political, regulatory, business, and policy environment
- Experience advising senior stakeholders within corporate, investment, or government organisations.
- Experience working on international or cross-border issues
- Strong analytical judgement and the ability to turn complex issues into commercially relevant advice
- Established network across Australian business, government, policy, or advisory circles
- Strong client relationship skills, with evidence of contributing to business development and account growth
