The Role
The Director will lead and oversee matters including:
- Complex pre-transaction and strategic due diligence
- Fraud, misconduct, and integrity investigations
- Disputes and litigation-support assignments
- High-risk market entry and counterparty assessments
Engagements are typically cross-border, time-sensitive, and judgment-driven, requiring discretion, independence of thought, and the ability to operate without heavy institutional scaffolding.
Candidate Profile
This role is well suited to professionals with ~12-15+ years’ experience, currently or recently operating in:
- Big 4 forensic, disputes, investigations, or risk advisory practices
- Large consulting or accounting firms with exposure to sensitive matters
- Senior advisory or research-led roles supporting boards, GCs, or investment committees
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Proven experience leading investigations or diligence engagements end-to-end
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to advise at GC, Board, or IC level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report sign-off
- Sound commercial judgement and an understanding of risk, reputation, and enforcement dynamics
