The ideal candidate will have studied Middle Eastern politics, international relations, history, or a related field with a genuine intellectual curiosity about the region’s dynamics — political, social, and commercial.

The ideal candidate will have studied Middle Eastern politics, international relations, history, or a related field with a genuine intellectual curiosity about the region’s dynamics — political, social, and commercial.
We are open to profiles from across the spectrum:
- 2–5 years’ experience – early career analysts or associates with research and writing depth.
- 5–10 years’ experience – consultants, advisors, or project managers with exposure to policy, risk, or foreign affairs.
- 10–15 years’ experience – senior professionals with client-facing expertise, regional networks, and advisory experience.
- Academics, diplomats, NGO professionals, journalists, and political operators who understand how influence and decision-making work in the region.
- Individuals who have lived, studied, or worked across the Middle East or North Africa, or Western-educated Arabs with strong regional networks.
- Britons or Europeans with Arabic language skills or significant Middle Eastern exposure, able to bridge cultures and communicate with nuance.
