We are seeking a senior professional to lead client development efforts in the region, building relationships and shaping the firm’s footprint.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen relationships with investment firms, law practices, and other strategic partners in the Gulf.
- Identify opportunities to expand the firm’s reach and credibility across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain.
- Act as the first point of presence in the region, supported by delivery teams in head office.
- Represent the firm with discretion, diplomacy, and authority, ensuring long-term trusted relationships.
- Influence and negotiate at senior levels to create opportunities for client mandates.
Profile
- Significant tenure operating in the Gulf with a strong reputation in the market.
- Extensive network across investment firms, law firms, and related advisory communities.
- Proven track record in client origination and relationship building (e.g., as Partner, Principal, or senior client-facing role).
- Operates with credibility, discretion, and soft power rather than overt sales.
- Culturally fluent, able to navigate the nuances of the Gulf business environment.
