- Supporting the review and assessment of litigation funding opportunities, evaluating: Factual and legal merits of claims; Legal strategy and budget; Valuation of claims and potential returns; Expert opinions and supporting evidence; Enforcement and recovery considerations
- Conducting background research on companies, jurisdictions, regulatory trends, and litigation environments
- Preparing summaries, analysis, and presentation materials for internal and external audiences
- Assisting with client engagement, including briefings, meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Supporting project tracking, documentation, and internal reporting
- Providing broader support to the APAC team across legal, operational, and commercial matters
Profile Sought
This role would suit a motivated early- to mid-career professional, or someone seeking to pivot into a more strategic and international legal-commercial context. The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5–10 years of experience in legal, financial, consulting, or professional services environments
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to distil and communicate complex material clearly
- Commercial awareness and genuine interest in litigation, governance, and dispute strategy
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional Asian languages an advantage
- Attention to detail and the adaptability to work within a small, entrepreneurial, and international team
