In this role, you will:
- Advise financial services clients on a wide spectrum of regulatory and compliance matters, including regulatory reporting obligations.
- Contribute to thought leadership and market engagement, including participation in industry consultations.
- Lead advisory projects from scoping through to successful delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance outcomes.
- Support internal capability-building through training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior consultants.
- Collaborate with audit and assurance teams on regulatory compliance aspects of client engagements.
- Drive business development efforts through proposal development and client relationship management.
We are looking for individuals with:
- A minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, or financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead teams and deliver under pressure.
- A collaborative and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to distil complex regulatory requirements into actionable advice.
