Manager – Regulatory Consulting (Singapore)

Are you an experienced compliance professional ready to transition from an in-house role to a client-facing advisory position?

We are hiring a Regulatory Consulting Manager to join a well-regarded advisory firm in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for compliance professionals with at least 7 years of experience to apply their regulatory knowledge in a more dynamic, strategic environment—working across a range of engagements, industries, and client challenges.

In this role, you will:
  • Advise financial services clients on a wide spectrum of regulatory and compliance matters, including regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and market engagement, including participation in industry consultations.
  • Lead advisory projects from scoping through to successful delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance outcomes.
  • Support internal capability-building through training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior consultants.
  • Collaborate with audit and assurance teams on regulatory compliance aspects of client engagements.
  • Drive business development efforts through proposal development and client relationship management.

We are looking for individuals with:
  • A minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, or financial services.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead teams and deliver under pressure.
  • A collaborative and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to distil complex regulatory requirements into actionable advice.

This role is ideal for a Singapore-based compliance manager seeking broader exposure, strategic impact, and a more varied consulting environment.
