As a Case Manager, you will oversee and manage research and analysis projects, ensuring the production of high-quality written reports that meet client expectations and deadlines. You will supervise and guide Associates in conducting intensive research, assessing the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of information, and presenting findings to clients. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and work closely with senior team members to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Skills and Requirements
Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills managing multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to assess complex information, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights for clients.
Leadership Skills: Capability to mentor and supervise Associates, providing guidance on research methods, analysis, and report writing.
Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and concisely to clients and internal teams.
Regional Expertise: A solid understanding of the business and political environment in Southeast Asia, South Asia, and/or Oceania, including key issues affecting investors, is strongly preferred.
Research Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed research and analysis using proprietary databases, internet resources, and human sources.
Native or complete fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin.
Experience: 3-7 years of relevant work experience in research, investigations, consulting, or related fields. Experience in managing clients or projects is a plus.
