Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities
Lead Group strategic planning and corporate development initiatives
Prepare strategic proposals for Board and management review
Corporate Finance & Risk Assessment
Support Corporate Finance activities, assess risks for new projects, and execute M&A strategies
Market Analysis & Reporting
Conduct market research, industry trend, and competitor analysis
Monitor and report on strategic plan progress, addressing risks as they arise
Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate communications with stakeholders to support strategic goals
Work closely with the Head of Corporate Development for project alignment and solutions
Team & Personal Development
Provide feedback and foster a positive team environment
Embrace continuous learning and contribute to Corporate Development Unit’s success
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field with 7+ years in financial services (corporate strategy or M&A preferred)
Knowledge of capital markets, products, and regulations is an advantage
Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, self-motivated, and adaptable
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and financial modeling
Familiarity with financial institutions and capital markets is a plus
